- Tools: Morning Duty Tool and Night Duty Tool
- Team Lead: Led a team of three developers
This project involved leading a team to develop both web and desktop tools aimed at streamlining task management for student tutors at Raffles Institution Boarding School. The tools were designed with specific features for managing daily roll calls, morning checks, and prep checks, significantly simplifying and organizing routine administrative tasks, which are crucial for maintaining an efficient and orderly environment.
The Morning Duty tool was developed as a web application utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Tailwind CSS framework. This combination of technologies allowed for the creation of a responsive and user-friendly interface, ensuring that the tool is both easy to use and visually appealing.
The Night Duty tool, in contrast, is a desktop application built using PyQt5. This choice of framework provided the necessary flexibility and power to create a robust application that seamlessly integrates with the operating system, offering a reliable solution for managing tasks offline.
